One day, I had an idea of cooking that made me wonder if I can do it from scratch. Never thought that I can do it without anything in mind ready. First, I made my own recipe that didn't know how to start it from the beginning. When I was in the kitchen every time I had to do something about food keeps my wonder what should I cooked for the day. When I started checking on the fridge for what we have left, most of my stuff is left over so I did one time to start if from a scratch. When I started to make a recipe, never think about what, and what kind of species I should put on. Never get into my mind about cooking stuff from my younger days, when I was cooking a food there's always a perfection on it. Cant stop thinking about some species that never had before. So, when I started digging to the pantry found some stuff that make me creative. In this world you can't even stop thinking about the species that you cooked that other day or when it was started. So p
Bihon is one of the famous food in the Philippines. Most of the time in every occasions we have Bihon that always there in the table.
This Bihon is popular in parties like Birthdays, weddings, baptism, Christmas and New Year too!

Here’s the Ingredients:
1. Bihon
2. Chicken Breast
3. Carrots
4. Green Beans
5. Cabbage
6. Onions
7. Garlic
8. Cooking Oil
9. Soy Sauce
10. Ground Black Pepper
11. My Secret Ingredients [ Magic Sarap ]
This secret ingredient is the best ever! You can buy this in any Asian Store if your are not leaving in the Philippines.
Let’s Start Cooking!
- First Heat The Pan
- Then Add Cooking Oil
- Once the Oil is hot Add Onions and Stir it for a few seconds
- Add Garlic stir until golden brown
- Add Chicken Breast mix it well together add with ground black pepper and soy sauce mix it all together and simmer it for 10 minutes in a medium heat.
- Next, add carrots and green beans mix it well cover it for another 5 minutes
- Then, Add cabbage mix it all together then add the secret ingredient [ Magic Sarap ]. Wait for another 3-5 minutes
- Optional: while cooking you can add 1/4 cup of water to make sure you have enough to cook the Bihon.
- Finally, Add Bihon mix it all then wait for another 5 minutes then serve!
